ONCE UPON A TIME, A YOUNG WOMAN WITH A PASSION FOR FLOWERS

From an early age, Marina was fascinated by flowers and their thousand and one facets. She's fascinated by their scents, their aesthetics, their power to inspire joy. The multitude of scents and colors that brighten our daily lives and put us in a good mood.

She makes a habit of strolling through the gardens of Paris. Every season is an enchantment. Flowers charm the city, magnify the architecture, sublimate the fountains. As nature takes over, it steals the hearts of passers-by. So powerful and so silent at the same time, they invite you to confide in them. Just look at them, and sorrow fades, smiles return, and joie de vivre reigns.

Marina begins to dream of a world where flowers have their rightful place. A world of colors and scents that would set our emotions ablaze, revealing them more fully. She's convinced: there are as many flowers as there are states of mind. It's just a question of finding the right one. Everyone deserves to have their own flower-confidence, their own flower-emotion, their own scent-assurance. It's decided, later on, she'll be a perfume designer, a creator of life's emotions.

Marina returns to her lifelong passion: flowers and nature. Faced with conventional, sober, almost serious perfumery, she dreams of singularity, originality and fantasy. A joyful break with the "déjà-vu", the "same-old, same-old". To revive the enchantment of the senses that is fine perfumery. More than fragrances in bottles, she wants to create precious, magnificent objects. Everyday accomplices that give life to our dreams, our follies, our most fabulous emotions.

Marina launched her Maison de Parfums in Paris in 1994. A new perfumery was born, one that gives pride of place to both container and content. Surrounded by the finest French master glassmakers and noses, her creations surprise and challenge. Bold, stylish and impertinent, Marina creates a style in which codes are jostled and mischievously blended to produce an unexpected, resolutely modern result.

Paris. First dream. First boutique.

The aristocratic cocoon is comfortable, cozy. A little voice whispers "let's share these traditions with the world". Marina decides to open a boutique in Paris, the city of all possibilities. An unprecedented entrepreneurial princess!

With her savings, she opened her first store. The most unusual objects are found there: old books, trinkets, accessories, precious jewels, perfume bottles from the past... A cheerful, motley mix of beautiful, unique things, chosen from the best French craftsmen. More than a boutique, it's a place to live, a style, a breath of fresh air that sweeps away the usual and conventional.

Marina wants to open up and make accessible this very privileged world of French savoir-faire. To highlight the craftsman's gesture, inherited from centuries of tradition, where each object tells a story, reveals an imaginary world...
